🔑 About The Job
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Director to take our customer acquisition engine to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead Omaze’s global performance marketing strategy—owning growth across all paid channels and driving measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts as we grow our audience and expand internationally.
You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, with a focus on building scalable programs, improving efficiency, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Working closely with our Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are optimized end-to-end—from first click to conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to combine performance with purpose.

Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:
1. Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
2. First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
3. On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders – this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
4. Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
