An exciting role for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the multi-channel brand marketing strategy and implementation of new initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing all owned communications and distribution channels, driving brand growth, and overseeing the marketing budget across B2C and B2B channels. You’ll be passionate about the outdoors and travel, and will have experience in managing multi-channel marketing strategies for niche travel brands.
Embedding a new brand positioning, developing and executing new customer acquisition, awareness and retention strategies, to drive new and existing audiences and conversion. A strong customer centric and commercial mindset, able to bring in new initiatives and the latest thinking in B2C and B2B activity, driving ROI.
Increasing traffic both on and offline, leading the charge in growing the customer base, develop and optimise segmentation and personalisation strategies and enhance reach and new customer opportunities through Partnerships.
Responsible for all brand activities across web, social, content, email marketing, SEO, CRM, campaign management and alignment across all owned and paid channels, leading a high performance marketing team.
